1. How do I track my order?
Log in to your account in krishyantras.in and go to the My Orders section to access your order history. If you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in Track Order page.
2. How do I track my shipped order?
To track shipped orders, we provide SBN (Shipment Bill no.) with the carrier name. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the SBN number given to you. The SBN numbers may sometimes take upto 48 hours from the date of dispatch to become trackable on the carrier’s website. For further help, call us at +91-805-605-2345. You can also write to us.
3. Is there any minimum order requirement?
No, we don't have any minimum order requirement.
4. I do not have an account with krishyantras.in How do I return the order I have placed?
If you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in Track Order page to track your order status and then process a return.
5. How do I cancel my order?
Dispatched Orders cannot be cancelled at any cost. However, You can cancel your order before it is shipped from our krishyantras.in. Log in to your account in krishyantras.in and go to the My Orders section to access your order history and cancel the order. If you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in Track Order page and proceed to cancel your order.
