1. How can I track my order?
Log in to your account on krishyantras.com and navigate to the My Orders section to view your order history. If you placed an order as a Guest User, enter your order details on the Track Order page.
2. How do I track my shipped order?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with an SBN (Shipment Bill Number) and the carrier name. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided SBN. 3. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, we do not have any minimum order requirement.
4. I don’t have an account with krishyantras.com. How can I return my order?
If you placed an order as a Guest User, visit the Track Order page, enter your order details to check the status, and proceed with the return request.
5. How can I cancel my order?
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by logging into your account on krishyantras com and going to the My Orders section. If you are a Guest User, visit the Track Order page, enter your order details, and proceed with the cancellation.
