1. When does an product eligible for return or refund?
An item may be eligible for return only if it fulfils atleast one of the following conditions: 

• It is different from what was ordered

• It has missing parts or accessories

• It was delivered in a physically damaged condition 

• The return ticket must be raised through e-mail or WhatsApp.

The refund will be done within 7-10 days from the date of ticket raised.
2. What are the modes of refund?
There are two modes of refund:
Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded to the payment mode that was used to place the order.
Bank Account – In this case, the money will be refunded to the Bank Account for which we will collect details like Account holder’s name, Account number, Bank Name, Branch Name and IFSC code. All of the above processes will be initiated once the items reaches us back. 
3. How long will it take for the refund?
Once the issue for refund is confirmed from our repsentative, it will take 7-10 business days.

4. How is the value of refunded amount calculated?
1.The value of the refunded amount will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts, if any) at the time of purchase.
2.In cases, where customer has arranged the return, the courier return charges of upto Rs 150 will be added to the refundable amount. The customer should send us the courier receipt. The management reserves the rights to deny this amount.
3. How much time it takes for issuing of credit or refund?
In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, it will take minimum 7-10 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
4. Do your prices include sales tax?
Prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes.
5. Will I get complete refund against my order?
If you return/cancel an order, the paid price of the product (including the tax collected) will be refunded back to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.
