1. How can I return my order?
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Call us at +91-805-605-2345, email us at support@krishyantras.com, or send a message via WhatsApp. Our customer care representative will generate a return ticket for you. Once your product is approved for return and refund, we will prioritize processing your request.
2. How can I track my return?
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once we receive your returned order.
If you requested an exchange, you will be notified via email and SMS once the new item is dispatched. For refunds, an email will be sent once the refund is processed. It may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.
3. How should I return the products?
Secure the product using bubble wrap to protect it during transit. Include the original invoice inside the package. Returns cannot be processed if the item is used, damaged, altered, or missing parts.
4. Which items or services cannot be returned or exchanged?
Both framed and unframed Yantras are eligible for return. Cash refunds are not available; all refunds will be processed through bank transfers. Items sold as part of a multipack cannot be returned individually. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears used, tampered with, altered, or incomplete.
5. When is a product eligible for a return and refund?
A product may be returned if it meets at least one of the following conditions:

It is different from what was ordered.

It has missing parts or accessories.

It was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
A return ticket must be raised via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 days from the date the return ticket is raised.
6. Can I exchange Yantras from my order?
Unfortunately, Yantras cannot be exchanged once they have been delivered. However, if your order is still in the processing stage, you can contact us at +91-805-605-2345 to request a modification.
7. What are the refund modes?
Refunds can be processed in two ways:
Back to Source – The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
Bank Transfer – The refund will be credited to your bank account. We will collect the following details:

Account Number

Bank Name & Branch Name

IFSC Code
Refund processing will begin once the returned item reaches us.
8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once our representative confirms the refund request, it will take 7-10 business days to process.
Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned item in the required condition.
9. How is the refunded amount calculated?
The refund amount will be equal to the final amount paid after any applied discounts. If the customer arranges the return, courier charges up to ₹150 will be added to the refund (a courier receipt must be provided). The management reserves the right to deny this amount.
10. How long does it take to issue a refund or store credit?
Refunds or store credits for other reasons will be processed within 7-10 days from the date of the request.
11. Are product prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all product prices include applicable taxes.
12. Will I receive a full refund for my order?
If you return or cancel an order, the paid amount (including taxes) will be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
