1. How do I return the order I have placed?
Please follow these steps to return order:
Call us +91-805-605-2345 or write to us krishyantras.in or text to us through whatsapp.
Once the customer care reprensentative raises a return ticket for you, your product is eligible for return and refund. your request is placed we will make sure that this is processed on priority.
2. How do I track my return?
We will send a confirmation email and SMS once your return order has been recieved at krishyantras.in. In case of exchange request you are intimated again via SMS and email when new items are dispatched to you. In case of refund an email is sent when the refund is processed from our end. It may take up to 48 hours for it to reflect in your account.
3. How to Return the products?
Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside. Please note that returns cannot be processed if the items are found to be used or damaged conditions or with some alterations or tampering or some parts missing.
4. What are the items/services that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Both framed and unframed yantras are eligible for returns.
Cash cannot be claimed against the return. Refund will be done through banking only.
No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been used, tampered, or altered or are incomplete.
5. When is a Product eligible for return and refund claim?
An item may be eligible for return only if it fulfils atleast one of the following conditions: 

  • It is different from what was ordered

  • It has missing parts or accessories

  • It was delivered in a physically damaged condition

The return ticket must be raised through e-mail or WhatsApp.
The refund will be done within 20-25 days from the date of ticket raised.
