1. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders.

2. When will my order be delivered?

We strive to dispatch most orders within 15 days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner’s estimated timeframe.

3. How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via trusted national courier services, with a preference for Indian Postal Services.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

5. What if an item is missing from my shipment?

This is extremely rare as we conduct multiple checks before dispatch. Please verify the invoice included in the package to check if you were charged for the missing item. If you were charged but didn’t receive the item, contact us immediately at +91-805-605-2345 or email support@krishyantras.com. You can also post your queries via Ask Krish.

​Important Notes

If we are unable to deliver an item in your order:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders – You will not be charged for the undelivered item.

• For prepaid orders – The amount charged for the undelivered item will be fully refunded.

If we are unable to ship your order within 30 working days, we will:

• Cancel the unshipped portion of your order.

• Notify you via email.

• Refund the payment for the unshipped items to your bank account.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us at

We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Some locations in India are serviced by Indian Postal Service. If a Cash-on-Delivery order is shipped via VPP (Value Payable Post) service of India Post, an additional 5% charge of the invoice value may be collected by your local post office at the time of delivery.
